Government Of Canada Attempts To Make Rent More Affordable
The key take away is that the level of documentation & substantiation is now growing for renters (see Trudeau's quote below.)
It's why we exist as our underlying thesis is that the tax authorities and governments are going to increase (across the board) the amount of paper work that you need to file and keep in order to be fairly treated.
