28% Drop In The USA For Mandatory Monday To Friday In Office Requirements In 1 Year

A drop from 49% of Employers to 35% of Employers Is A 28% Reduction

Absolutely what we predicted and the number of Employers forcing employees back Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm is only going to decrease from here :

1. Until deflation occurs (unlikely) the total cost to rent is only going to go up
2. Companies are already reducing headcounts siting the benefits of AI
3. Expiring leases and CFO's desire to cut costs (take a look at Facebook P&L impact from last year)
4. New companies are adopting out of the gate are at a minimum Hybrid (we are completely Remote)
5. More and more stats talk about employee engagement being higher in Hybrid and fully Remote
6. Commuting costs for employees are only going up unless there is deflation
