19.6% Of All Canadian Renters Were In Arrears In 2023

We knew things were bad....

According to the Canadian Mortgage Housing Corporation (a government of Canada owned entity who is responsible for these types of statistics) a whopping 19.3% of all Canadian renters were in arrears in 2023...

Arrears means that they owe their landlord.
